Performance & feedback conversations
Stay present, capture commitments.
Onboarding sessions
Give new hires a searchable record to revisit.
Before
Open a thread, add whatever context matters, and the agent walks in already knowing it.
During
Ask it anything while the conversation is still running. Every answer cites where it came from.
After
Notes, decisions and follow-ups come out on their own. Nothing reaches another tool until you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
Will other people on the call see that I'm recording?
No. Meetia doesn't join as a visible participant — there's no bot, no icon, nothing to indicate it's running.
Does Meetia store audio?
No. Only the transcript is kept; audio is discarded after transcription.
Can the AI see things from other meetings?
Yes, within the same workspace. It draws on every thread's history, transcripts, and documents in that workspace. It won't reach into other workspaces (cross-workspace search is planned).
Can I connect tools like Jira or Notion?
Yes — paste the MCP server URL for the tool you want in Settings > Integrations, and Meetia handles the rest. Google Workspace has its own dedicated one-click setup.
Can I use Meetia on Windows or Linux?
Not yet — the desktop app is macOS-only today. Windows and Linux support is planned. The web app works on any platform.
What happens if I lose connection or close the tab mid-meeting?
The recording ends normally and is saved — this isn't treated as an error.
Stay present.
